Network deployment, bandwidth allocation, tower sharing, and dark fiber leasing are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and commercial contracts executed separately.
The Company acts as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) and facilitator for third-party banks, financial institutions, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). The Company does not independently issue banking licenses, set loan interest rates, or guarantee credit approvals. All loan approvals are subject to the sole discretion of the partnering financial institutions.
Project bids, execution details, and technical submissions remain subject to applicable public procurement laws and official tender documentation.
